Matching Gifts
Companies sometimes offer a Matching Gifts program for their employees, as a way to encourage charitable giving to the community. This is an excellent way to make your gift-giving dollars go further by doubling the impact of your contribution! Check out this list of local employers that we know of who offer a Matching Gift program, or contact your HR Department to inquire about matching gifts to St. Louis LDA!
Company Volunteer Program
Many companies will make a donation to St. Louis Learning Disabilities based on the number of hours you volunteer. Whether you are a board member, volunteer at a fundraising event or hosting a gift gathering party – your time could be worth actual dollars to the organization. Check with your Human Resources Department to see if your company participates.
Casual for a Cause
October is LD Awareness Month and we are asking organizations to participate in our LD Casual for a Cause Campaign, to help raise funding and educational awareness for learning disabilities, ADHD and other learning exceptionalities.
Organizations can participate by allowing their employees to have one “casual day” per week during the month of October or designate a specific day. Employees are given permission to go casual, with a donation of $5 (minimum) for each day they participate. Most organizations choose Fridays, but any day will work! Organizations can participate during the month of October, or continue this as an ongoing event.

Corporate Sponsorship Opportunities
St. Louis LDA offers a variety of opportunities to fit your corporate giving needs. Whether your company is interested in being an event sponsor at one of our annual fundraisers or seeking a mutually beneficial partnership for a creative cause-related marketing program, we welcome the opportunity to speak with you further. We value our corporate partners and are always seeking new innovative ways to benefit children with learning disabilities in our community.
